Thank You Caucus-goers!
On Tuesday, we had a great night celebrating our campaign with our DFL friends, and I thank all of you for your help in making it a great success.
As I talked with attendees from SD54, SD64, and SD65, we gained supporters who value my work on low-level crime diversion programs, aggressive gang violence prevention and innovative domestic violence prosecution. From Shoreview Precinct 1 to St. Paul Ward 7, we had a great night communicating our message of Experience and Innovation.
While we are a long way from winning, I need to take a second to thank you all for everything you do to help the campaign. Prior to caucuses, you made over 2000 phone calls to potential delegates. Our campaign had over 800 positive IDs prior to the caucuses, and thanks to a dozen surrogate speakers, I am sure we swayed a few more!
Whether it was showing up at caucuses or making phone calls, with your help we are putting together a campaign that is respected throughout the County. For that, and so much more, I sincerely thank you.
